Welcome to the Colorado Assoc. of D.A.R.E. Officers Website. The Colorado Assoc. of D.A.R.E. Officers Board would like to thank all the participating officers, educators and supporters of D.A.R.E. for making 2011 a successful year. The board is looking ahead and will continue to work hard to make D.A.R.E. the premier substance abuse program in the State of Colorado. The Board would also like to recognize all the new D.A.R.E. Officers who are completing the D.A.R.E. Officers Training (DOT)during the month of October 2011. Congratulations and welcome to D.A.R.E.! The 2012 Annual Colorado Assoc. of D.A.R.E. Officers training conference is currently being planned by the C.A.D.O. Board. The conference dates are tentatively set for August 1-3. 2012. Contact Deputy Don Roycraft on the Region Three News page, and submit your articles and photos. ![]() 2011 Colorado D.A.R.E. Student Essay Winner Brandon was selected as the 2011 D.A.R.E. Student Essay Winner for the State of Colorado. Brandon is a 6th grader at Watson Junior High School, located in El Paso County. In addition to receiving a beautiful award from the Colorado Assoc. of D.A.R.E. Officers, Brandon and his family stayed in a furnished suite high atop the conference center looking over the town Breckenridge. Tee's Plus ( D.A.R.E. Approved Licensed Vendor) also let Brandon select hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from the training conference D.A.R.E. store. Needless to say, Brandon had a nice stay at the conference and was well recognized for his well written and emotional D.A.R.E. paper.
